RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final, please double check measurements to ensure proper fit. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will begin being processed the following business day. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Please note Hats can take a week to be shipped due to special handling.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.
Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority. To upgrade your shipping from Priority Mail to Express Mail, or to add signature confirmation and insurance, please contact us directly at hopeandlibertystore@gmail.com with subject line Shipment Upgrade Need. Hope and Liberty Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How To Measure Your Crown
Using a sewing measuring tape, wrap around your head about one-half inch above your eyebrows where your hat will rest. Alternatively you can use a piece of string and then use a ruler to measure the string length. See Chart
